Martin Moeller was born in 1973 in Aschersleben, Germany. He gained a MA in banking and finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. He is a CFA charter holder since 2002. Martin joined UBP in 2006 where he is head of portfolio management equities (Swiss and Global products) and analyst equity research. Prior to this in 1992 he was an equity research analyst and portfolio manager responsible for credit research financial institutions at the Deutsche Bank. Outside of work Martin enjoys skiing, sailing, chess and music.

Eleanor Taylor Jolidon

Eleanor Taylor Jolidon was born in Edgbaston in the UK. She attended King's Canterbury, then Trinity College, Cambridge and the College of Europe, Natolin to study Modern and Medieval Languages and economics, law and politics. Eleanor started her career in 1993 as risk officer, CRO and portfolio manager at Banque Indosuez. In 1998 she became a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in 2000 she worked in brokerage at Bank Sal. Oppenheim. Four years later she joined Independent Asset Management as a portfolio manager and equity analyst and currently works at Union Bancaire Privée in Swiss and global equity as the lead manager on all Swiss equity portfolios and deputy on global equity. Outside of fund management she sails, skis and cycles and enjoys the cinema, theatre and music.

Objective

This sub-fund invests its net assets primarily in equities and other similar transferable securities, in addition to, on an ancillary basis, warrants on transferable securities, convertible bonds or bonds with warrants on transferable securities, bonds and other debt securities, money market instruments, issued primarily by companies (i) having their registered office, or (ii) carrying on a major part of their commercial activity, or (iii) as holding companies owning predominant interests in companies with their registered office in Switzerland.
