Akhilesh Baveja is the lead portfolio adviser for Charlemagne Capital’s MENA strategies with responsibility for researching companies operating across the Gulf and wider Middle East. He joined the group in 2011 after two years at GLG Partners, where he specialised in Saudi Arabian equities. He was previously employed as a senior analyst at Al-Rajhi Financial Services in Riyadh, having earlier spent four years at Unit Trust of India. He holds a Master of Management Science in Finance.
Sharat Dua joined Charlemagne Capital in 2007 after five years working at Deloitte as a senior consultant. At Charlemagne, he is the lead portfolio advisor for African strategies and researches companies in all sectors across the region. He is a graduate of Oxford University and has been a CFA charterholder since 2006.
